Our Izzy Skirt in Yellow Garden was designed as a casual CNY outfit for 15 days of CNY! It has two tiers and a cute ruffle in the lower tier. The waist has smocking which gives it some stretch for a better fit.

About the print: We designed this in a contemporary neon yellow colour to add a pop of colour to your CNY. Spot the hidden dragons in the print!
